Leaders in Training

LIT Program

Our Leaders in Training program is a ministry and discipleship program which strives to develop the spiritual tools of good leadership and effective ministry involvement for those who are 16-18 years of age. This will primarily be done in specific training sessions and hands on learning at various Xapa events.

Our program will begin with a LIT student retreat July 8th at 10:00am, leading into Xapa Ministries Junior Camp July 9-13, 2023. The cost is $90 and will be due after candidates are chosen. Applications are due April 23rd and candidates will be chosen by May 1st. Chosen candidates will have the opportunity to serve alongside our camp staff in various ministry positions during our Junior Camp Week this summer.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fill out the LIT application here:

  • Leader in Training Application Forms Submitted by April 18

  • Be 16 years of age by July 1st.

  • Agreement with Xapa Ministries’ Statement of Faith

  • Agreement with Xapa Ministries’ Code of Conduct

  • Attend a training session.

  • The cost is $90 which includes a custom L.I.T T-Shirt, meals, & activities
