Allen Haskell - Executive Director
Allen Haskell grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana. He surrendered his life to Christ there and worked with Child Evangelism as a teen. Allen went on to Heritage Baptist University while serving as a Youth Pastor. After college he is currently serving as the Lead Pastor at Church on the Rock in Brownsburg, Indiana . The last sixteen summers he has also enjoyed serving as a Camp Director and it is his love for that which has led him to Xapa` Ministries. He is happily married and the father to two boys, Levi and Austin. Allen is very competitive by nature and a kid at heart.

Jason Servizzi - Youth Ministry Coordinator
Jason grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and loved watching the Reds and Bengals play. When he was seventeen, his family moved to Indiana and he started attending Lawerence North High School where he met his future wife Elizabeth. A neighbor invited the two of them to church one week and it was that day that Jason heard a message about how Jesus was perfect and he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and was saved on July 30, 2000. Soon after, Jason served in Children’s ministry in Noblesville Indiana for ten years. In 2010, Jason surrendered to God and helped co-plant Church on the Rock in Brownsburg, Indiana and has served as the Family, Community, and Youth Pastor since that time. Jason has been married to his lovely bride Elizabeth since 2001 and they have five sweet children. He has always loved children and is known as the “child whisper” because for some reason they love him.

Virgil & Cindy Cisney - Student Life & Christian Education
Virgil and Cindy Cisney grew up in central Illinois. They met while in high school and married 2 years after Cindy graduated from Lake Land College. Virgil and Cindy both rededicated their lives to Christ shortly after the birth of their first children. For many years they served the Lord as Sunday School teachers and worked with kids during Wednesday night Bible study. Virgil served at a Church Camp as a cabin dad, teacher and Assistant Director. Cindy also served at a Church Camp as a cabin mom and teacher. Virgil retired from RR Donnelley after 43 years and Cindy retired from the Cumberland school system after 20 years. Recently they began Pastoring a local church. Virgil and Cindy enjoy spending their free time with their 4 children, their spouses and 11 grandbabies.

Jaime Haskell - Social Media & Student Relations
Jaime Haskell is originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan (Detroit Area). She grew up in a Christian home, but at a winter camp of her freshman year of high school she gave her life to Christ fully. Jaime, graduated from Grace College in 2004 with a degree in Elementary Education and taught for a few years. She has been married to Allen and living in Indiana for eight years and during this time she was the financial administrator for a Christian Camp alongside her husband. Jaime loves kids and enjoys hanging out with them at camp, when she is not at camp she is a busy stay-at-home mom of two special needs kids.

Josh Johnson - Operations Director
Josh Johnson grew up looking forward to camp each summer, where some of his greatest memories reside. Josh really felt called to commit his life to Christian Camping when he was in a camp service at Shakamak Bible Camp his freshman year of high school. Since then, he has attended Tennessee Temple University and Heritage Baptist University before graduating with a degree in accounting from IvyTech University. Josh has served as a Youth Pastor, and spent 12 years in professional Christian Camping from Gilman Springs Baptist Camp in Michigan to Hartland in California, as well as Camp Baldwin in Gulf Shores. He has served in almost every area of camp and to this day considers it his calling. Josh is the father of five wonderful children.
